Honouring the “Forces’ Sweetheart” – A special four-stamp miniature sheet celebrating Dame Vera Lynn, the singer who uplifted British troops and civilians during WWII. Four First Class stamps capture Vera Lynn in different aspects of her wartime career, including her ENSA performances, BBC wartime radio, and troop visits. A tribute to a national icon – commemorating Vera Lynn’s tireless efforts to support the troops and her advocacy for military veterans. All displayed on a royal mail envelope FDC design.
